How to Order
It's very easy to get what you need... just follow these simple steps:
Print a copy of DSA Furnishings' "Request for Quote/Order Form"
Browse through DSA Furnishings' products
Make your selection and fill out "Request for Quote/Order Form". Please write legibly.
Fax to DSA Furnishings at 905-876-0657
A DSA Furnishings representative will contact you and provide an itemized quotation.
To accept a quotation and place the order, please SIGN the Order Form, include a Purchase Order Number, your payment information, and fax again to DSA Furnishings.
That's it! Your order will be processed and delivered as soon as possible.
Payment Information
SPECIAL ORDERS:
A minimum deposit is required when a special order is placed, and the balance is due upon delivery.
CASH PAYMENTS:
Cash is accepted on pick-up orders and some local deliveries.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS:
Company cheques are accepted. DSA Furnishings may require a certified cheque for large amounts.
Personal cheques can be accepted with three pieces of identification, including at least one credit card.
Any collection expenses and bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds (NSF cheques) will be charged to the customer.
CREDIT CARDS:
DSA Furnishings accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. Please supply your card number, the cardholder name as it appears on the card, and the expiry date on the card.
CORPORATE ACCOUNT:
Your company may be granted a Corporate Account on approved credit. Complete the Credit Application and return to DSA Furnishings by fax. A DSA Furnishings representative will contact you to discuss the terms when your account is approved.
